This is a well built small 8"x4.5"x1" plastic bag with cloth mesh embedded in the plastic surface. It seems to be durable. The spring leaf clip isn't removable without cutting the bag. The zipper is a quality YKK brand with metal slider and plastic teeth. The plastic does seem a little thin, but unless you store something sharp in it, it shouldn't be an issue.
The only "negative" is the bag is quite transparent which I didn't realise when I purchased it. This isn't an issue for me since I just want it to a few chargers and cables for misc phone and game devices, but if someone wanted a bag this size to store something private (money, drugs, sextoys, etc) this wouldn't be the bag for you.
I have included a better picture.

I'm a big fan of most Eagle Creek Products, and the xsmallPack-It-Sac Organizers are no exception. I've had a number of these for years and they have held up well. Actually, I've never had one wear out yet. I use a variety of different colors and sizes of them (I have 12 of them) for travel to easily locate items in my carry-on pack. My favorite uses include: Different currencies when travelling to multiple international destinations; Passports and travel documents; Small electronic devices (e.g. my ipod & ear buds; digital camera & cables, spare batteries, extra memory cards): Travel medications and first aid supplies; House & car keys when travelling so that they can be easily found when arriving home. In my car, it's where I keep my meter/toll coins. The x-small size is my favorite. I find black to be the least useful color because my packs/carry-ons tend to be black or dark on the inside and it's easy to misplace the black version. I do wish they had more colors available but it's easy to add distinguishing things to them to make them unique. I used to use zip lock bags for these purposes, which are of course much cheaper, but they aren't as durable. The clip is very useful because the sac can be clipped in place in a carry-on to easily locate items such as a passport when going through security at the airport. I own a dozen or more of them, and love them. They make life easier like many of the other Eagle Creek organizers. (Try the packing cubes to make unpacking your suitcase in a hotel easy. Everything out of the suitcase in less than a minute & same ease with re-packing). Plus I really like the unconditional guarantee. Eagle Creek really stands behind their stuff. I highly recommend them.

I've been using Eagle Creek products for more than a decade. I have been consistently impressed with the quality of the items, both in terms of design (they make sizes that actually fit my stuff) and construction (the edges and seams are covered, with fabric not vinyl, and the loops and clips are hefty, and metal where it matters). I'm still using some of my original gear, after countless trips (including a trip around the world), and even more countless packings and re-packings.
This particular bag, however, is used to carry my epinephrine injector set, and a package of Benadryl. It travels with me to the grocery store, to school, to work, to restaurants, to parties, and, basically, any time I leave the house.
Camping gear isn't typically considered medical equipment. Consider this a ringing endorsement.
