Bought the medium cover for an Osprey Aether 60. The fit was perfect and it was tiny when packaged in the attached stuff sack (approx 2.5 x 4 inches). I ran into some snow and rain at Guadalupe Mountain NP and the cover did it's job without a hitch. Pack and contents stayed dry. There was even enough slack that I could pull it tight around the shoulder straps and waist belt for overnight protection. I don't have much experience with other options, but I can vouch for this product.

Took pack cover to Philmont Scout Ranch for 10 day mountain trek. Pack cover is very lite and very compact. Had no problems with it. Would recomend to a friend in need of a very lite, very compact, pack cover.

I have a medium pack (about 65L, 4200CI off the top of my head). Initially I was turned off from this pack cover, the large was like a windsock and the medium like a fat guy in a little coat. After some finagling I realized that if all my gear was in my pack aka not strapped to the outside, the medium fit perfect: tight and snug, like a shower cap; the way a pack-cover SHOULD to repel water and keep your gear dry.
The material is pretty hearty and will last if you take care of your gear. Don't drop it on rock piles and try to avoid using it as a seat in bramble patches and it WILL treat you right.
PLUS, it comes in some SHARP colors...

You can find the sizing of these pack covers on Sea to Summit's website but it is not correct. I bought the small size which should have worked for 30-50L backpacks but it barely fit on my 40L backpack. If I had any additional items strapped to it, it would not have fit at all. The top was also slightly unprotected because of the size issue so my backpack got a little wet but other than that it is waterproof and a good buy - just make sure you get a size larger than what their website says!

Purchased this item to protect my LowePro Fastpack 350. Fits great. I really like the material. It's lightweight, smooth and of course 100% waterproof. Haven't tested it in heavy rain, but I am sure it would work where it has too.
