We gave this backpack to our college-age son at Christmas, hoping it would work and he wouldn't have to send it back. We hit a home run. He is wowed by the space, the various pockets, the padding for the laptop, and how sturdy it is. He even really likes the design. I'm amazed at my luck in doing so well. I think what "got him" to think it might be okay is the tons of space. He then discovered he likes it for other reasons.
