Bought this bag for my daughter and she absolutely loves it! The seller shipped my order very quickly (received it in a couple of days). There was a discrepancy on the description size of what I ordered and what I actually was sent. The seller offered a couple of products looking the same but with different sizes. So I inquired about the possibility of the seller sending the wrong bag to me (I ordered the smaller bag which costs more than the larger one I got). It turned out that this bag is only available in one size. The seller apologized for the confusion and refunded the difference to my account. Outstanding customer service!
