This is a great little pocket that easily fits my ID, phone, and an energy bar when I run. I never worry about where I'm going to stash anything again. The velcro is really secure and so far I've not had anything fall out. It was easy to put on the belt and simple to rearrange.

This bag has just enough space for my cell phone and three energy bars. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to carry everything I needed, but it was perfect. It barely fits between the bottles on a four bottle belt, but it is not uncomfortable and I really didn't notice any change in the way the belt fit or felt on me.

I have to qualify this review with the fact that I'm not a runner. I bought it to carry my wallet, balance bar, and cell while I ride my bike. I won't do that. Only the cell and the balance bar fit. The usable space inside is about the size a wallet. There was a larger version available and I wish I'd purchased that one. I think it would have done the job. It is lightweight and well assembled though the mess on the outside pocket seems thin though it never broke when my cell antenna was pushing against it.
