This is a great bag! It isn't large, but it can sure hold alot of items in it. I love how I have two water bottle holders on it, and compression straps on it too. It is a light weight bag, but it is strong. I bought it to carry items around when I go and visit family on a farm that has horses and other animals. I wanted a small bag to hold my large camera (which I put into its own carry case since not enough padding for it), along with two bottles of water and other supplies needed when horse back riding, or hiking with the dogs or just walking around the farm! It is great and it will take a beating, though the color is a little bit lighter than in the picture, and it gets dirty kind of fast, but I just quickly wipe it off with some mild soap and water and all is well, besides I like the worn out advernture look! Great bag for any sort of activity!

I was looking to replace my large backpack with something smaller and lighter as a primary school bag and chose this one, mainly based on the neat design. It turned out to be very convenient, with pockets that can be used for phone and pens, enough support for the back and comfortable straps. I was afraid that it would be too small, based on the picture, but it's a perfect size for my needs, large enough for couple of notebooks and a packed lunch. I don't think it will be good to carry the laptop, though.
The reason it gets 4 stars and not 5 is that after about 2 month of use, one of the locks on the zipper of main compartment stopped working. Luckily there are two, so I can still use the bag with no problems.

I was worried if it was too small for my bf's taste when I got this backpack but he loved it after I gave it to him. I imagine it would look a bit odd if you are very tall or your body size is big since this bag looks small. But it carries a lot of stuff and it's got two water/umbrella holders too! The material hasn't been ripped for 3 months though some reviewers mentioned it.

My 5 year old son was on a quest to find a backpack similar in style to the Indiana Jones satchel. He is small and the satchels we found were too large for him to carry comfortably. We found this and LOVE IT! It is still large enough for him to use as he grows but the adjustable straps make carrying it much easier. My other two boys have begged to borrow it, but he is not letting go any time soon!
