I ordered two of these and they are great! It is made for cycling, so it rides high on the shoulders for the cyclists' riding position. I bought them for motorcycling and they fit well over light clothes or an armored riding jacket. The valve has a push/pull on/off feature which is nice and keeps it from dripping like on some other hydration packs I've seen.
Works great, quality is fine and I recommend it.

The hydration pack keeps the water cold for at least 1 1/2 hours and is easy to adjust and use, however, cleaning it is difficult. It is hard to drain the entire bladder after use because of the location of the filling orifice. You just can't turn the pack upside down to drain completely.

it is a great pack, i took it with me to the military games, i got shot at and hit several times and it didn't rupture or anything. It does a good job, holds in my thoughs enough water for a few hours and can take a beating and keep on ticking.

I purchased two of these hydration packs for my husband and I since we had been going skiing a lot over the winter. As anyone who's been to a ski resort can tell you, buying soft drinks is not cheap, and who wants to stop and take off half their gear just to buy a bottle of water that will cost at least a few dollars? This hydration pack was perfect for our needs.
We saved time and a couple bucks in not having to stop to buy drinks at the resort concessions, and we could enjoy a quick drink whenever we wanted - no sitting around waiting to finish a 20oz drink before hitting the slopes again. Filled, it was not too heavy, and my husband and I both found it comfortable to wear once the straps were adjusted accordingly. Half the time I forgot it was even there. The bite valve stayed out of the way for the most part, and was easy to use. I did not notice a plastic taste, but I had put powdered gatorade mix in my pack, not plain water, which may have masked any slight plastic taste.
A word of caution, if you don't want to have your drink dripping all over you, remember to push the bite valve closed when you are done using it.
I found it relatively easy to clean, just wash with regular dish detergent and let it dry out completely. I used a paper towel to help speed the drying process. It was only slightly difficult getting the bladder in and out - the main difficulty being connecting/disconnecting the drinking tube. It simply screws in, it's mostly just a little hard to get at it. All in all, a good buy that I would happily buy again. I expect to use it for cycling this summer as well.

I use this when I go snowboarding and its great to have something to drink on the lift. I wear it under my jacket and I noticed it leaks a little and stains my middle wear, but this is likely due to the fluids getting trapped in the end piece after I close it.
Also, I couldn't figure out how to get the pouch out. Eventually I got it. I took the cap entirely off, and was able to nudge the pouch thru the inside of the pack and eventually slide it out. (obvious huh)
Otherwise, for the price, its a good buy.
