I got this bag as a gift. I needed something for all of my roller derby gear and this seemed perfect. I just got it and so far I am really impressed. It is well made and all of my gear fits inside (although it could be a little bit wider for my skates) including skates, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards, helmet and all of the knick knacks I carry with me like spare laces, a towel, Band-Aids etc. My only complaint is that I received the orange bag and it isn't as orange as I expected. Closer to a yellow. That is the only thing and I think I will just cover it with patches.

The Transpack Edge bags are excellent quality and allow for very efficient packing of your ski gear. I actually returned this bag for a slightly larger Transpack 2600cu in vs 2400cu in to accommodate my husbands helmet. The larger bag also had mesh on the upper aspects of the outer boot pockets to allow better drying and ventilation. My children have this particular bag (in flashy colors) and we've had no problem with them. After 4 years, they still look like new and protect all the gear as well as keep it organized. An excellent buy!

I have Lange boots and chose this bag over the Lange bag. I like the fact that the boots are separated and moisture drains from the bottom of the bag. Plus its polyvinylchloride fabric makes it real easy to clean. I don't have a helmet, so I use the big center compartment for my goggles, iPod, hat and gloves. The double locking zippers are sturdy and I can count on them not busting in the cold/warm temperatures. Plus the backpack feature makes it even easy to carry around form the car to the lodge/lifts. The best part is that it was almost the same price as the Lange boot bag. Great deal!
