Why: Bought this bag for travel!
Pros:
lightweight, big enough but not too big
big enough to hold camera, guidebook, water bottle, wallet and necessities for a long day on the road simple unobtrusive design, top flap to cover the main compartment
tough and durable
Cons:
durable, but designed to be cheap to produce
desperately needs another compartment or so
side pocket for cell phone is so small and flat that it's unuseable
the closing for the top flap is a snap buckle that takes 2 hands to open or close, so a nuisance use
if the top flap's buckle is not used, because it's a pain in the tush, it rattles as you walk
very expensive for simple unlined canvas bag with few compartments
