Definitly an upgrade from my old bag. I love the design and am glad I chose this bag over the many other choices available on here. I love the room, I can hold just about everything in it! It could also work as a diaper bag if one was so inclined. It is very durable and comfortable and the shoulder strap is the perfect width and lenght for a messenger. I love the bag pocked, it is perfect for my small photo albums or any flat papers. The side pockets are great for my cell phone but my pens and smaller items tend to fall out a lot. The inside is very roomy but I wish there was at least one small inside pocket for my wallet. Aside from that though I highly recommend this bag!
