No complaints with this backpack. I got this for my hockey gear and hockey blades. Inside the backpack it is large enough to hold my protective hockey leg guards and gloves (there is still a little room available). The blades fit securely on the sides and the helmet holder is excellent. The back of the pack is well padded. Overall I gave it four stars for design. It would have gotten 5 had it been a little bigger but again, I am using it for hockey gear so you are more than safe if you want to store your standard knee, elbow, wrist guards etcetera.



OH YA WARNING*****BBe forewarned, I chose the black and gray backpack and if you notice the price drops by $10 when you pick it. Its because its the wrong back pack. Its not the one in the picture. i had to order it from their website directly to ensure I got the $39.99 backpack and not the 29.99 back pack (which is ugly IMO). So be careful and if you want the $40 backpack in black and gray you must go to there website as Amazon will ship the ugly black one with big orange letters on it. Just visit their site, compare pictures and pricing and you will know what I mean. By the way, This was shipped to me on Monday and I got it today so fast shipping. Props to [...] for that.

For $28, you could find a better quality "regular" backpack, but this is specialized, with outside "holsters" for your rollerblades. So for the money, I am satisfied. Once your skates are strapped in, and you throw some stuff in the main compartment, it's pretty stable on your back. Even if you don't use it as a backpack, you can carry your skates and gear around by the top loop handle, and to me that's better than trying to stuff my skates into some sporty duffel bag. I can't comment on durability -- I've only had it for a week.

All this for so little? This book bag has features usually found on a pack twice the price. Two main compartment are big enough for a laptop or the largest text or notebooks. A third compartment has a ton of organizer pockets for pencils, calculator, keys, GPS, sticky notes, goodies, and yes, your iPod or MP3 player. Of course, we remembered the headphone port too. If 3 pockets isn't enough, we added a fourth mini-pocket for just about anything else. The shoulder straps include a very comfortable suspension strap system and are fully adjustable. The left shoulder strap has a cell pocket sewn onto it for quickie and easy access when you hear that custom ring. The zippers are heavy duty, will never break or snag and glide open and shut very smoothly.

It's the perfect size...it won't make you look like a turtle like those oversized book bags out there. The materials used in this backpack are very heavy-duty. The layout is excellent, so it can hold more things in less space. I like the cellphone pocket on the strap, and the ipod pocket inside with the grommeted hole for the headphones to come out of. The straps have a shock-absorbing bungee material, so it's easy on your trapezius and the cloth material of the backpack will last longer. I use it for day hikes.
