I bought the Large/XL rain cover for my CamelBak Alpine Explorer 100 oz Hydration Pack and it works well and is made out of a heavy plastic with a pullcord to tighten it around your bag. There's also a velcro strap and cord that you can use to fasten it to the top of the Camelbak so it doesn't fall off.



The only thing that I'm a bit weird about is the bright yellow. Sure, it's great for hiking, but I'd like something more subdued. The CamelBak Tactical Rain Cover does both a subdued color on the reverse of the bright orange, but it's also twice the price.



But if you're going in the outdoors and spending money on a good Camelbak, buy this. You won't regret it.

I started out with one of these bags. I put my noise-canceling headphones and their cords, etc., and my eye/sleep mask in it, and it was easy to grab from my carry-on bag once I was on board the airplane.



I've now bought one of the large size of this sac, to hold more of the things I'd like to have at hand on a long flight (iPod, tissues, book, glasses case, etc.). A bit of advance planning, and I can avoid having to rummage around in my main carry-on bag after I've boarded the plane. If I'm stashing my carry-on overhead, I can slip these little bags under the seat for take-off. If my carry-on fits under the seat, these bags are easy to retrieve after we're in flight.

This is an excellent addition to a Timbuk2 messenger bag. I hate answering my phone while commuting home because it used to mean I had to stop, flip my bag around and grab it. I inevitably miss those calls from my wife saying, "Pick up milk on the way home" because it was to much of a hassle. With this I can simply put a foot down, answer it and slip it back in. Super easy.



I have the medium and my iPhone with a Contour flick case fits with room to spare. Excellent buy!

If this would have been for my Motorola flip phone from the early 1990's, the size would have been perfect. However, I can put my LG phone along with my wife's phone inside of this case, and the elastic sides don't even stretch. This Case was a GODSEND. I looked everywhere for an external phone case for my backpack/messenger bag that was BIG eneough to fit my phone with a rubberized sleeve on it. I normally just put my phone in my bag and when it rings, I have to fish around my bag just to answer the phone. Not anymore! I am VERY happy to report that it fits my iphone with Rubber case already on it!!!. The fit is a little tight but what can you expect when the iphone ALREADY has a case on it. If you don't have a case on it the iphone fits PERFECTLY.

- Fits snuggly to any strap with Valero Flaps or optional Strap loop

- Is Easily Removable if you switch backpacks or need to take the case with you

- Appears to have VERY STURDY Construction. Looks like it should last a LONG LONG TIME>

- Fits rather snuggly in the case which makes it a little difficult to remove

- Is easily removable if you just use the Velcro to attach. I wouldn't recommend to leaving your bag unattended with it on.

Overall a Great Case.
