I have bought my wife several Kipling products, and they are nice for just giving a gift. It seems as they are made quite well, and while some folks consider them a bit expensive, thats a relative thing; for sure, a lot cheaper than a Louis Vuitton Backpack - and probably more durable too.



We like to take cruises on occasion, and she finds this to be just the right thing for carry-on aboard the ship. And with the bag's expansion feature, we can stuff it full of the souvenirs we seem to collect on the cruise.

This my first backpack from Kipling and I don't know why I waited so long to buy one. It's so light even when it's full. I carry my Canon 50D where ever I go and the padding inside keeps it safe.

I have a couple of Kipling bags and I like them a lot, specially for traveling, so this backpack was a disappointment for me. It does not fit straight on by back unless it is completely full. When half-full it folds on my back (the bottom comes upwards) and it is uncomfortable to carry along. The first (biggest) pocket is fine to access with two zippers but the other two medium+smaller pockets in the front have a single zipper each that opens all the way from bottom to bottom so you must be careful not to drop things out of your bag when opening them.

I just got this bag yesterday (in navy blue) and I love it. The Kipling bags seem to be very well made: They are made out of ultra lightweight material, but it is very, very strong. Likewise, the zippers (and zipper pulls) and the top carry-handle seem to be extremely sturdy. The pocket layout is sensible, with two front pockets and two small top pockets in addition to the main pocket with the padded laptop pouch at the back. And there are two unexpected little touches: a furry gorilla key fob (I hear they name the gorillas after employees; mine is called Kim) and sliding clips to keep the loose ends of the canvas straps from flapping around. Highly recommended.

I love the bag, it has many compartments. I love the fact that there's a place for my ipod as well as my phone. Kipling is known for its durability and practicality. It fits my vaio laptop and there's room for books and the cable. Its a little big if u're looking for smthg small, and if you tend to fill the bag, it'll get heavy easily...b/c it just has lots of roooooooom!!

This bag is perfect for a teacher who needs to carry a lot of things every day. Comfortable, with a relatively big space and the color is just amazing. The only problem is, that there is a very limited space for the laptop, I have a 14 inch one and it's just perfect. I am very happy with this bag!!!
