 "What's with the nipple?" 2009-06-14
By J. Rowan-Stern (Amherst, MA USA)
I liked the bottle except for the nipple. It's just not my style. The whole pull it out for a sip, then kick it to the side for a gulp just wasn't my idea of a decent design.

"Better for walking or hiking, not so much for running" 2009-03-09
By Howlinw (California, USA)
I bought one of these last week and took it out on Sunday when I ran the trails at a local state park. The first thing I noticed was that, no matter how tight I fastened the waist buckle, this belt was sliding all over the place when the water bottle was full. This was so distracting that I had to take the bottle out and run with it in my hand. Actually this worked very well for me - this is a very light bottle with grooves for your fingers. The belt held my keys and I was able to slide the bottle back in when it was empty. So I'm keeping the gear, I just wish it was more useful the way it was designed.

Other reviewers on this site seem pretty content with this belt, and I think it would be just fine for walking. I think the way it fits also depends upon your build. I'd suggest buying this if you plan on walking more than running, but also suggest you try it on before buying and maybe take a jog around the store to see how it feels on you.

"Must have if you walk:" 2008-08-26
By C. Louise Jensen (Goleta, CA)
I bought this item because I needed a way to carry my water with me when I walk. I have a problem with my hands, and things fall out of them. I got tired of dropping my water bottle when I walk. This is a perfect solution for me or anyone that walks and needs to have their water with them as I do. The water bottle is at the right position to take out and return it without having to stop walking. Thank you for this product Ultimate Direction Access.

 "Good Product" 2008-08-25
By Rita Sue Jackson
I am an avid power walker and needed a way to carry water and a few personal itiems without being too large. This fit the bill. The water bottle does really well and does not leak. The whole thing is light and easy to use. If I have one disapointment about the product it is that I thought the storage place would be a little larger. It is large enough for a cell phone but not your car key and certainly not a cell phone and any other item with it. All in all it was a good price, shipping was quickly and it is a good product.

 "Great on-the-run hydration" 2009-12-21
By Who Fanatic (Mankato, MN)
This water bottle has great ergonomics and a nice, secure cap for drinking out of while at moderate-to-high speeds. The "half-cocked" position of the nipple didn't work particularly well for me, and I find it easier to fully close it then re-open it while running. The pocket is just big enough to snugly hold a gel packet, and if you need to carry more than that you're probably wearing shorts with cargo packets anyway. I'm looking forward to lugging it out on my first ultra!

 "works fine" 2009-08-30
By Katrina728 (Chicago, IL)
I'm not a runner - just someone looking for a good way to store my ID and keys while at the gym. This product is well made. I was a little disappointed that the zip pocket isn't bigger. It's not long enough to put my 4thG ipod nano in it and it doesn't fit more than 2 or 3 keys on a keychain. I think it's a bit pricey for a water bottle, but that's just my opinion.
